Olympia is a true diver on the field and is always ready to dive deep in a match!
Our pivot mechanism is powered by our dual motor gear box, facilitating a 90-degree range in motion. This, actuates our 3 stage BWT slides that quickly extend and retract. The slides allows for our active claw, integrated with a two axis rotation, to intake samples perpendicularly and score specimens in a timely matter into the high chamber.

Using the same process, we review and make changes to Olympia’s mechanisms.
Following the Engineering Design Process helps us develop and improve throughout the season and allows us to effectively document our decisions.


As we continued through the season, our hardships and struggles paid off in the end with the final product. Our custom base gives the robot a unique look having our mountain view on our side plates as well as our team logo. We place the odometry pods in their respective places, fix our gearbox problems, and have little space for any addons where everything with a purpose is in its place.
